How to place an order?

To place an order, select the desired color and size of the product you want to purchase and then add the product to your bag. You can modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. Please, check that the information you entered is correct and click “Pay now”.

How will I know if you received an order?

After making a purchase on Ancost you will receive an email confirming your order within a several minutes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track delivery of your package.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order may be changed once it’s been submitted.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How do I collect my order?

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.

When will I receive my order?

The regular processing time is up to 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. The delivery time may differ depending on the destination country. Please contact info@ancost.com for the estimated delivery time frame.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Ancost cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Ancost.

Please note that during sales periods we experience an increased number of orders which may cause a slight delay in shipping.

Can I collect my order in the boutique?

Unfortunately, at this moment there is no possibility of collecting your order in store. All orders placed at ancost.com shall be delivered by the courier.

How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

The amount of duty and tax you will need to pay depends on various factors, such as the country of delivery, order value, and product type.

The prices of products indicated on the product listing pages and product detail pages are inclusive of EU taxes but exclude duties and taxes if these are applicable.

  • For Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, and the UK, duties and taxes are not included in the product price. These will need to be paid when the package arrives in the destination country.
  • For destinations such as Albania, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, Lebanon, and Mexico, duties and taxes are not included in the product price. These will need to be paid when the package arrives in the destination country.
  • For the United States and other non-EU countries, duties and taxes are not included in the product price. These will need to be paid when the package arrives in the destination country.

How much do I pay for shipping?

We offer free worldwide express shipping and returns on all orders through DHL, UPS, and DPD.

What payment methods does Ancost accept?

For orders in the EU, Ancost accepts the following payment methods:

-Stripe (Credit / Debit Card): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay
Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.
-Paypal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.

For orders outside the EU, the available payment methods vary depending on your location and include:

-Bank Transfer
-Alternative Payment Methods such as Paypal, ApplePay, Amazon Pay, AfterPay - Australia, AliPay, Trustly, Klarna, Dotpay, iDEAL, Sofort, UnionPay, and more.

Please note that possible transfer fees, as well as bank service charges, might be charged. If you are charged transaction fees by your bank, Ancost will not refund these charges.

A pre-order lets you exclusively reserve a limited product that will become available at a later date.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

You can return any item purchased on ancost.com within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

Please contact info@ancost.com to receive a prepaid return label. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and return your parcel to a drop-off point.

Should you decide to make a return using your preferred courier, please notify us on info@ancost.com providing your order’s number. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and ship it by a secure shipping service to the following address:

Can I return an item in the boutique?

In order to return a product purchased at ancost.com it must be sent back by the courier. Products purchased at ancost.com cannot be returned or exchanged in store.

How do I exchange an item?

Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size within the same model. To check the product’s availability, please contact us at info@ancost.com If the item is in our warehouse we will then hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.

Should you be interested in exchanging your product for a different color or style, please return it and place a new order.

When do I get my refund?

Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
